A classic Italian dessert right in your bowl with Kellogg’s® Rice Krispies®, coffee-flavored or plain low-fat yogurt, cold-brewed coffee, half-and-half, vanilla extract, and grated chocolate.
- 1 1/4 cups Kellogg’s® Rice Krispies® cereal, divided
- 3 ounces (about 1/3 cup) coffee-flavored or plain low-fat yogurt
- 2 tablespoons cold brewed coffee
- 2 tablespoons half-and-half
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon grated semi-sweet or dark chocolate
1. Place 1 cup of the KELLOGG’S RICE KRISPIES cereal in serving bowl. Top with yogurt.
2. In small bowl stir together coffee, half-and-half and vanilla. Pour over yogurt in bowl. Sprinkle with the remaining 1/4 cup cereal and chocolate. Serve immediately.
