Sweet coconut-infused macaroons get extra crunch from Kellogg's® Rice Krispies® cereal.
- 2 egg whites
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup coconut
- 2 cups Kellogg's® Rice Krispies® cereal
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1. In medium mixing bowl, beat egg whites until stiff. Add sugar gradually while beating. Fold in vanilla, coconut, KELLOGG'S RICE KRISPIES cereal and walnuts.
2. Drop by tablespoon on baking sheet coated with cooking spray or parchment paper lined.
3. Bake at 400°F until macaroons are a delicate brown.Yield: 36 macaroons
