Homemade Pie Crust
An easy, pat-in-the-pan crust perfect for frozen or refrigerated pie fillings.
- 3 cups Kellogg's® Rice Krispies® cereal
- 1/3 cup margarine or butter, softened
1. Combine KELLOGG'S RICE KRISPIES cereal and margarine in 9-inch pie pan.
Set aside 2 tablespoons for topping. With back of spoon press remaining mixture
evenly and firmly n bottom and on side of pie pan to form crust. Chill.
2. Fill crust with softened ice cream, prepared cream, chiffon filling or as desired.
Sprinkle reserved crumbs around edge. Chill until firm. Yield: 1 pie crust
