Homemade Cocoa Krispies® Pie Crust
Next time you make your favorite cream or frozen ice cream pie, try this easy, pat-in-the-pan chocolate crust.
- 3 cups Kellogg's® Cocoa Krispies® cereal
- 1/3 cup margarine or butter, softened
1. Combine KELLOGG'S RICE KRISPIES cereal and margarine in 9-inch pie pan.
Set aside 2 tablespoons for topping. With back of spoon, press remaining
mixture evenly and firmly around sides and in bottom of pie pan to form crust.
2. Fill shell with softened ice cream, prepared cream, chiffon filling, or as
desired. Sprinkle reserved crumbs around edge. Chill until firm.
