Date Pudding - Rice Krispies®
A classic, old-fashioned dessert packed with dates and walnuts.
- 3 cups Kellogg's® Rice Krispies® cereal
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 cup chopped dates
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
1. In medium mixing bowl, combine KELLOGG'S® RICE KRISPIES® cereal, baking powder, nuts and dates. Set aside.
2. In small mixing bowl, beat eggs slightly. Stir in sugar and milk. Add to cereal mixture, mixing until combined. Pour into 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking pan coated with cooking spray.
3. Bake at 400° F about 40 minutes. Cut into squares and serve warm or cold with whipped topping, if desired.
