Rice Krispies® Cocoa Ice Cream Balls - Rice Krispies®
When the holidays roll around, use peppermint ice cream in this easy, make-ahead dessert.
- 2 cups Kellogg's® Cocoa Krispies® cereal
- 1/4 cup flaked coconut
- 1 quart vanilla ice cream
1. Combine KELLOGG'S® COCOA KRISPIES® cereal and coconut in shallow pan or dish. Set aside.
2. Shape ice cream into 8 balls. Roll quickly in KELLOGG'S® COCOA KRISPIES® cereal mixture until coated. Freeze until firm.
3. Serve plain or with desired sauce.
