- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup margarine or butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 squares (1 oz. each) unsweetened chocolate, melted
- 2 cups Kellogg's® Rice Krispies® cereal
- 3/4 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons margarine or butter, softened
- 5 teaspoons milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
1. Stir together flour and salt. Set aside.
2. In large mixing bowl, beat the 1/2 cup margarine and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg, vanilla and melted chocolate. Beat well. Add KELLOGG'S® RICE KRISPIES®, flour mixture and nuts. Mix until well combined. Drop rounded teaspoon onto baking sheets coated with cooking spray. Using bottom of glass, press dough into flat rounds.
