    Why use Kellogg's® Rice Krispies®?

As the first crisped rice cereal, Kellogg’s® Rice Krispies® has been bringing families together in the kitchen for over 80 years.

To experience the timeless flavor, make your Rice Krispies Treats® squares with the original Rice Krispies® brand cereal.

    Where to buy

1. In large saucepan melt butter over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat.

2. Add KELLOGG'S JUMBO MULTI-GRAIN KRISPIES cereal. Stir until well coated.

3. Using buttered spatula or wax paper evenly press mixture into 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan coated with cooking spray. Cool. Cut into 2-inch squares. Best if served the same day.

MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS:
In microwave-safe bowl heat butter and marshmallows on HIGH for 3 minutes, stirring after 2 minutes. Stir until smooth. Follow steps 2 and 3 above. Microwave cooking times may vary.

Note

For best results, use fresh marshmallows.

1 jar (7 oz.) marshmallow creme can be substituted for marshmallows.

Diet, reduced calorie or tub margarine is not recommended.

Store no more than two days at room temperature in airtight container. To freeze, place in layers separated by wax paper in airtight container. Freeze for up to 6 weeks. Let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes before serving.

Nearly 60 years ago when I was 10 years old, a neighbor asked my mother if I could spend nights with her for a week after her husband died. I wasn't too happy about doing it, but Mother knew the elderly lady needed company for a few nights . I went to the neighbor's house after supper each evening and after spending the night, the lady would give me breakfast. She gave me my favorite cereal, Rice Krispies. Then I would leave for school. I actually enjoyed the week, and it was largely because of Rice Krispies.

1. Made these tonight and added 1 teaspon of cinnamon to the butter and marshmallow mix. They were great. Reminded my family of cinnamon rolls. Thanks for the great new cereal.

2. Tonight, my Weight Watcher's meeting had a "show and share" evening. I brought the Jumbo Multi Grain Rice Krispies for the group to share. One cup has just 1 Weight Watcher's point and are just perfect to use as a filling snack at work and at home. I bag up one cup portions in baggies and keep a stash at work. I've lost 84 pounds now using products such as these. There were many people at my meeting who tasted this product and indicated that they would purchase it in the future. Thank you, Kellogg's for helping people such as myself keep and maintain a healthy lifestyle!

4. I hated the new jumbo rice krispies. Had no snap krackle and pop and tasted terrible. Nothing like the original rice krispies. So glad I didn't give to guest or grand daughter for breakfast or treat. I would advice no one to buy this product. Maybe a coupon or refund for your treats or original cereal would be nice. From disatified long time customer

5. I usually eat Rice Krispies 5-6 time a week for breakfast as part of the healthy Meditteranean Diet.. I bought a box of the Jumbo Krispies yesterday. My husband tried them, did not like. I tried them and did not like.... They stick to the roof of your mouth when they get soggy. We have served Kellogs products for our family for nearly 50 years. We have 7 grown children and 8 grandchildren. we are NOT going to offer these to our family when they visit. We had to share this because we were not happy with them.
